This was an incredible ride on a Cog Railway up Pikes Peak to the summit at 14,110 feet. The trip takes 1 1/2 hours each way although it is only 8 miles. The inclines reach 25%. You have to be aware of altitude sickness so drinking water is a must. I have never seen such views. You can see all the way to Kansas.
